How can I view and edit my catering orders?
Your booking and catering order information is available in the user dashboard. To access your dashboard, click your name in the top right hand corner of the website and choose ‘Dashboard.’
I can no longer update my catering order?
Each outlet can determine up until which point catering orders can be edited. If it is reaching the date of your event, you can contact the operator using the chat panel in the user dashboard.
When I click 'Order Catering' I am prompted to login. I don't have an account?
Only users who have created an account with the Food & Hospitality @ Deakin website can place catering orders. It is easy to create an account. Choose ‘Sign Up’ from the menu in the top right hand corner of the website and follow the steps.
I made a booking through the website. Where can I see if it has been confirmed?
Your bookings are available in the user dashboard. To access your dashboard, click your name in the top right hand corner of the website and choose ‘Dashboard.’ Here you can click into your bookings.
I clicked the thumb-tack icon on a website tile and now it is gone, how can I retrieve it?
You can retrieve all hidden tiles by clicking the ‘Show All’ button. This will show all tiles within this section. You can re-pin a tile by clicking on the thumb-tack icon again. Remember to click ‘Confirm Changes’ in the blue bar across the bottom of the page.
